About Lucía
Lucía is a professional dedicated to therapeutic work, with a focus on family bonds, interactions, and the environment surrounding each individual. Her passion lies in understanding and improving family dynamics, fostering emotional maturity in adolescents and young people, and accompanying individuals in their personal development.
She has extensive experience as a clinical psychologist, family mediator, and psychotherapist, working in both individual and family contexts. Her practice includes supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults, helping them overcome emotional and relational difficulties. Additionally, she has served as a mediator and family counselor, addressing conflicts and facilitating processes of change in family dynamics.
Lucía holds a degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology, and specialized training in family and couples psychotherapy. She is currently pursuing a PhD in person-environment interaction, delving into resilience and mental health.
