Ana Carolina Pacheco Arévalo, Psychologist and University Professor
About Ana
Ana is a psychologist and university professor, recognized for her academic commitment and practical experience. She is a psychologist with training based on a systemic family approach. She completed a Master’s in Clinical and Health Psychology at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and is currently pursuing a Doctorate at the same institution.
With an integral approach that includes working with the family environment to promote sustainable changes and improve relational dynamics, Ana has stood out for her empathy and ability to create spaces of support and trust that strengthen human relationships. She also has experience in treating depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and at-risk adolescents.
Above all, Ana is a psychologist passionate about helping and understanding people, guiding them through processes of change and personal growth. Her career is marked by active participation in more than eight clinical psychology research groups, as well as her role as a university professor, where she combines her passion for teaching with her practical experience. Her professional interest focuses on the psychology of relationships, transformative changes arising from breaking dysfunctional family dynamics, and the treatment of mood disorders.
