About Paula
Paula is a therapist, educator, and supervisor with over 20 years of experience in the field of autism. Her professional career includes directing a preschool for children with special needs and supervising school teams in integrating children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) into the educational system.
Paula deeply believes in the capacity of every child to realize their unique potential. Her philosophy centers on creating suitable conditions that allow each individual to thrive while respecting their authenticity and specific needs. In her work, she prioritizes building trusting relationships and establishing a common language that fosters communication and mutual understanding.
